We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum purchase required.

Processing Time

Shipping Restrictions
At this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@thelumessahome.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
