Free Shipping on All Orders We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum purchase required.
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Estimated Delivery Time Once your order has been processed and shipped, you can expect delivery within 7-15 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary due to high demand, carrier delays, or customs processing.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package at any time.
Shipping Restrictions At this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories.
Lost or Delayed Packages If your package has not arrived within 20 business days, please contact us at support@thelumessahome.com and we will investigate the issue with our shipping partner.
Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@thelumessahome.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
